2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 teasp cumin
1/4 teasp paprika dash of cayenne pepper 15 oz. can chick peas or garbanzo beans, cooked
1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
Process all in a blender...serve with pita bread or veggies.
