Saute : 1/3 cup fine diced onion and 3 Tablsp butter, add in:
1 cup catsup 1/3 cup white vinegar 2 Tablsp brn sugar
1/2 cup water 2 teasp prepared mustard 1 Tablsp worcestirshire
salt and pepper to taste
Simmer everything together for 15 mins.
this makes 2 cups of sauce!
