1 gallon of catsup 2 lbs brn sugar 3 lbs diced onion
1 Tablsp garlic 1-2 Tablsp chili pepper 1/2 cup worcestirshire
simmer together 15-20 mins until the flavors combine.
this is enough for 13-15 pounds of pork.
NOTE: buy the bags of prechopped onion at GFS!
