2 cups diced Granny Smith Apples 1/4 cup dried cranberries OR golden raisins
1 Tablsp lemon juice 2 teasp pkd brown sugar blend
1/2 teasp grd cinnamon 1 Tablsp margarine 1/2 teasp vanilla extract
In a medium skillet, saute apples, cranberries (or raisins), lemon juice,
brown sugar and the cinnamon. Cover and let simmer for 5-7 minutes, or
until just tender....stir occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in margarine and
the vanilla and serve with prepared chips:
8 flour tortilla's (7-8") no stick spray 1/4 cup sugar 2 teasp grd cinnamon
Spray tortilla's with no stick butter spray. Combine sugar and cinnamon and
dust them well. Cut each one into 8 wedges. Place in a single layer on a sprayed
cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 6-8 minutes or until lt. brown. Cool.
