1 small onion, diced 1 Tablsp oil 1 clove of garlic, minced
16 oz. Velveeta Mexican pepper jack cheese - cubed
10 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
Saute onions in oil until tender, add garlic and cook about
2 mins more. Combine ingredients in slow cooker....
cheese, tomatoes and onions...mix well, cover and cook
stirring occasionally on low until melted and combined.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or hearty crackers.
