1/2 cup homemade mayonnaise OR store bought mayo

1 1/2 teasp fresh grated lemon zest

2 Tablsp fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 Tablsp chopped fresh dill

Combine all and use immediately or cover

and chill for up to 2 days.    Makes a little over 1 cup.
