1 cup diced fresh pineapple 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper 2 Tablsp fine diced jalapeno
2 Tablsp chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tablsp diced red onion
2 Tablsp lime juice 1 teasp lt. brown sugar
Blend all well, chill up to 3 days. This is great with
pork, beef, burgers or seafood.
