juice of 4 lemons 2 cups sugar
4.4 oz. butter 4 well beaten eggs
Place all ingredients into a saucepan, stirring and cooking
constantly until the mixture is thickened and smooth. Let
cool and put into a glass jar. Seal and chill.
This is a great spread for toast, or find your favorite way to use!
