Alfredo Sauce

12 oz. evaporated skim milk                         2 Tablespoons flour plus               1 Tablespoon butter
1-2 cloves garlic, minced                             ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon black pepper dash of nutmeg
Salt to taste one pound of pasta, cooked and drained Heat milk over low to medium heat. Add in the flour mixture and the garlic And cook stirring occasionally until thickened. Add in the remaining ingredients
Except the pasta. Toss the sauce with your prepared pasta. Enjoy!
