1 cup sugar     1 Tablsp flour     1/2 teasp nutmeg

1 cup water    1 Tablsp vinegar     1 Tablsp butter

Mix flour and sugar together, in saucepan, add water and

vinegar and cook until thick and clear.   Remove from heat and add nutmeg

and butter.  Stir until butter melts.  This can be served hot or cold.
