1/2 pound ground beef 1/4 cup chopped onions
2 Tablsp. chopped celery 8 oz. tomato sauce
2 Tablsp. brown sugar 1 Tablsp. lemon juice
2 1/4 teasp. worcestirshire 3/4 teasp. chili powder
1/2 teasp. prepared mustard 1/4 teasp. salt
Saute meat, onions and celery until done, drain if needed. Add the remaining
ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat, and simmer until
thickened, uncovered, stirring occasionally. Makes enough sauce for 8 hot dogs!
