2 cloves of garlic, minced 19 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed/drained
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 2 Tablsp chopped fresh parsley
3 Tablsp olive oil 1 Tablsp lemon pepper
1 teasp dried dill weed 6 teasp grated lemon peel
Blend well in a food processor........serve with pita chips or veggies!
