1/4 cup brn sugar, pkd. 1/4 teasp cinnamon 1 red apple, diced
1 Granny Smith apple, diced 1/2 cup pecan pieces, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 cup sour cream
Combine brn sugar and cinnamon, stir in apples and pecans....set aside.
Mix together cream cheese and cheddar cheese, add sour cream and stir
well. Spread in a 9" pie plate. Top with apple mixture. Bake, uncovered
at 375 for 20 mins or until heated thru. Serve with graham stix, vanilla
wafers or shortbread.
