1/2 cup fine shredded mozzarella 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup fat free sour cream 1/3 cup fine chopped, seeded roma tomato
3 Tablsp fine chopped pepperoni 1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teasp dried italian seasoning
Blend all well, cook in the microwave on 50% power for 3-5 minutes, stirring
once or twice. Serve warm with veggies or even some cracker stix!
