2 pounds dried cranberries (craisins)
one granny smith apple, cored
two 8 oz. cream cheese
1-2 Tablsp amaretto liquer
any vanilla wafer type cookie/cracker
In a food processor, puree cranberries and the apple together
to form a thick paste. Add the liquer and the cream cheese and puree
until a jam like consistency. cdhill for one hour, up to overnite. Add the
puree to a piping bag and pipe onto a wafer. Top with a small
dollop of whipped fresh cream!
