1/2 gallon chicken broth 26 oz. can chicken w/rice soup
2 pounds broccoli, cut into pieces
1 pound caulfilower, cut into pieces
1 pound carrots, diced
1/2 pound shredded cheddar cooked rice
mix everything together in soup pot except the cheese and rice. Add water
to cover the veggies and heat to just short of boiling. Slowly add in the
cheese and stir constantly until melted and combined. Simmer for
30 mins, then add some rice to thicken soup up. Simmer for at least
1 hour.
