4 cups shredded cooked chicken (can of Brinkmans chicken works well!)
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce 1/4 cup water OR chicken broth
Heat in a crockpot or on stovetop. Combine:
1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup ranch dressing
6 ribs of celery, finely diced Blend well, cover and chill until ready to serve.
When ready, fold in: 1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbles and mix well.
To serve: Put some chicken on a bun with mayo mixture. Can also
sprinkle with shredded cheese if you want. Delish! Makes 12.
