2 cups chopped cooked chicken 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 medium onion, diced 4 oz. can mushrooms stems & pieces, drnd
small can sliced black olives, drnd salt and pepper
12 slices multi grain bread 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup lt. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup butter
Combine chicken, eggs, onion, mushrooms, olives ...stir in mayo and
season with salt and pepper. Butter one side of 6 slices of bread and
place in a sprayed 9x13 pan in a single layer. Top with chicken mixture.
Top with remaining bread slices. Combine sour cream and soup and
frost the bread. Cover with foil and chill overnight. Take out one hour
before baking at 325/350 for 45 mins, then remove foil and bake another
15-25 minutes or until heated thru. Serves 6-8.
