4 pound beef roast - cut into large pieces
1/2 cup water
.7 oz. envelope Italian dry salad dressing mix
1 teasp Italian seasoning
1/2-1 teasp crushed red pepper
1 teasp garlic minced
Combine all in crockpot...cover and cook on low for 10-11 hours
Take meat out and shred, then mix all together.
Serve on hoagie rolls or any bun.
Top with shredded cheese. YUM!
