1 pound bulk sausage (can use hot or italian)
1 pound new red potatoes, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, diced 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
2 teasp grd cumin 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teasp black pepper 28 oz. chicken broth
Cook sausage until no longer pink, breaking into small pieces. Put
into crockpot with remaining ingredients, cover and cook on low for
8-10 hours. Top each serving with cheese, sour cream, etc.!
