2 Tablsp mayonnaise 1 Tablsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste 2 Tablsp chopped walnuts
1 red apple, cored/diced 1 rib of celery, diced
two 10" tortilla's 1 cup diced ham, turkey OR chicken
Combine mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add in the
nuts, apple, celery and meat. Chill until ready to serve. Divide mixture
between the tortilla's. Roll up and cut each one in half.
