2 pounds ground lamb 1/4 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup fine chopped fresh mint leaves
1 Tablsp fine chopped fresh oregano
1 Tablsp whole grain mustard
1 1/4 teasp salt 2 cloves of garlic, minced
Blend well.....shape into six 4" patties.
Refrigerate until ready to grill.
Make Sauce:
1 cup fat-free Greek Yogurt 1/2 cup grated cucumber
1 teasp fine chopped fresh mint leaves 1 clove of garlic, minced
Blend well, cover and chill until ready to serve.
Grill the patties covered with the grill lid....on a
preheated grill (350-400 degrees),
...cook about 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve
on buns with lettuce, red onion slice, a tomato slice
and of course, the cucumber sauce!
