two 6 oz. cans water packed tuna, drained well
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper 2 Tablsp chopped fresh basil leaves
2 Tablsp red wine vinegar 2 Tablsp olive oil
1 Tablsp lemon juice salt and pepper
Blend all well, put on hearty wheat or multi grain bread with
romaine lettuce leaves and thin sliced fresh tomatoes. Serve
immediately. OR cover and chill for several hours before serving.
