1 pound lean hamburger 1 medium onion, diced
cook in a large kettle until done, add in:
1 large teasp of minced garlic 28 oz can of diced tomatoes with juice
3 ribs of celery, diced 3 large carrots, peeled, diced
1 beef bouillon cube 1/4 cup raw rice
salt and pepper to taste 3 cups of water (Maybe more)
Stir well, bring to a simmer, then add in:
small head of cabbage, cut into chunks. Stir well, cook covered
until the cabbage is tender and all are cooked well. Really good heated
up the next day.
