Cook a whole chicken in water, celery, onion and some

parsley.  Take out and let cool until you can handle.

De-bone and shred by hand....this way you can make

sure that there are no bones.  To some of the broth, add

flour and make a gravy, then add a can of cream of mushroom

or chicken soup and mix well, fold into the meat.

Toast 2 slices of bread  and then break into small pieces and

add into the meat.  Season as desired.
