two 10 oz. cans condensed creamof chicken soup
10 oz. can old el paso enchilada sauce
2 cups of milk
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 can black beans, rinse./drain
9 oz. frozen cooked southwestern flavored chicken strips - diced*
3/4 cup crushed tortilla chips
combine all but the chips and heat thru....make sure cheese is
melted. Serve in a bowl, top with some chips!
*OR use regular diced cooked chicken.
