2 pounds ground beef, bornwed and drained
add in:
28 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
28 oz. can tomato sauce
2 cups cooked white rice 2 cups diced green bell peppers
1 cup diced red bell pepper 1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup par boiled sliced carrots 1/2 cup diced celery
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 cups boiling water
1/4 cup pkd brown sugar 2 teasp salt 1 teasp black pepper
Blend well, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 hours.
