1 1/2 pound chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1 cup celery, diced 1 cup onion, diced 1 stick butter
1 Tablsp paprika 14 oz. can chicken broth
1 can ea: cream of potato soup, cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream 2 pkgs spaetzels (small dumplings)
4 soup cans of water
Saute chicken in butter with celery, onion and paprika. Add the broth,
soups water water. Mix well, cook a few minutes, then add the
sour cream and dumplings. Simmer for 20 mins.
