1 Tablsp onion sauteed with 2 Tablsp butter, add in:
1/2 cup catsup 1/2 cup water 2 Tablsp bbq sauce
1/2 teasp salt 1/4 teasp black pepper 1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup brn sugar 1/4 teasp worcestirshire
Simmer together for 15 mins. Add in 1 1/2 pounds of chip-chop ham.
Stir well. Simmer for another 5 mins. Serve on buns.
Can also keep warm in the crockpot. Makes 12-15 sandwiches.
