2 Tablsp butter 1 onion, diced 1 cup diced potatoes
2 cups boiling water or chicken broth Opt: 1 teasp salt
dash of black pepper 2 cups cream style corn 2 cups milk
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 teasp dry onion soup mix
8 oz. shredded Mexican cheese bacon bits, green onions - Garnish
Melt butter and saute onion, add in potatoes, broth, soup mix, salt and
pepper. Cook until tender. Add corn, milk, soup and cheese. Bring to almost
a boil. Season and serve with garnish.
