1 Tablsp olive oil 1 medium onion, chopped
4 oz. can chopped green chili's, drained
3 Tablsp flour 2 teasp grd cumin
two-three cans Great Northern beans
14.5 oz can chicken broth 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
Cook onion in oil until tender, add chili's, flour and cumin and a
little broth....cook for another couple of minutes, stirring often.
Add beans and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat,
simmer for 10 mins or until thickened. Add chicken and heat thru.
Serve garnished with cheese, sour cream and salsa!
