1 cup salt substitute (or regular salt)
2 Tablsp onion powder
1 teasp garlic powder
1 Tablsp well ground celery seed
2 teasp paprika
1 teasp chili powder
1/2 teasp cayenne pepper
1 teasp dried, ground parsley flakes
Mix all together well. Store in an air-tight container with a
tight fitting lid to keep out moisture. A glass spice jar with a
lid that has holes is perfect.
