2 Tablsp flaxseeds - pulverised
10 whole strawberries - frozen
6 whole dried apricots, pitted
1 Tablsp orange zest
1 medium bananas
1 1/2 cups low fat vanilla soymilk, chilled
Blend well in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Makes 3 cups. - two servings.
