Combine 1 cup pure palm 100% coconut palm sugar
1 1/2 Tablsp simply organic cinnamon
1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill arrow root
1/8 teasp organic nutmeg
Core and peel & slice organic Granny Smith apples (10-12)
and add to the mixture of ingredients and toss to coat well.
Put into your gluten free pie shell. Cut 1/2-3/4 stick real butter
into small pieces and dot with butter on top of the apples. Add in
3/4 cup walnut pieces, sprinkle with more cinnamon and pure
palm coconut palm sugar to taste. Add top crust, flute and vent.
Put a little sprinkle of cinnamon and palm sugar on top. Bake 60-90 mins
at 375 or until golden.
