Seasoned Corn with Bacon
(A Recipe for Two!)
2-3 strips of bacon
1 2/3 cups frozen corn, thawed
1 Tablespoon fine diced onion
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Transfer The bacon to paper towels to drain. In the drippings, sauté the
Corn, onion, garlic powder, lemon-pepper and the basil until the Corn in tender. Add in the crumbled bacon – heat thru & serve!
