Seasoned Potato Wedges
1 Tablsp onion soup mix
1 Tablsp chili powder
¼ teasp salt
¼ teasp garlic powder
¼ teasp black pepper
4 large baking potatoes
2 Tablsp vegetable oil
In a large plastic bag, combine soup mix, chili powder, salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Cut each potato into eight wedges, place in the bag and shake well to coat. Arrange in a single layer on a greased cookie sheet. Drizzle with oil. Bake, uncovered at 425 for 20 minutes. Turn, then bake another 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Makes 8 servings.
