6 medium red skin potatoes, scrubbed - boil until tender

Drain and cut in half....place cut side up on a baking sheet, gently

press with a fork to flatten slightly.

6 Tablsp unsalted butter          6 Tablsp chopped fresh chives

1 Tablsp grated lemon peel

Combine all in a saucepan over medium heat until melted

and mixed....season with salt and pepper.  Brush on the taters.

Grill on a hot grill, or broil, or bake until heated thru.  Serve with

the additional butter leftover.
