Cranberry & Sausage Stuffing
1 pound savory sage roll sausage
½ cup butter
6 ribs celery, finely diced
2 medium onions, finely diced
12 oz. pkg herb flavored stuffing mix
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dried cranberries
two 14.5 oz. cans chicken broth
In a large skillet, crumble and cook sausage until done, place in A large bowl. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the Onions and celery….about 5 minutes, add to the sausage. In the bowl, add in stuffing mix, cranberries and the salt. Mix well, then add in the broth. Put into a casserole dish, cover and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
