1 pound of regular carrots, peeled and julienned
2 Tablsp vegetable oil 1/4 cup water 1/4 teasp salt 2 Tablsp brn sugar
Combine water, salt and sugar, drizzle over the carrots. Saute all in
the oil in a large skillet until tender and glazed. Serve immediately.
