1 pound of asparagus, trimmed 1/2 " pieces
cook until tender crisp.....
saute 1/2 cup diced onion and 1 clove of garlic, minced in 2 Tablsp oil.
Combine: 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs 2 Tablsp minced fresh parsley 1/4 teasp salt
1/4 teasp black pepper 1/4 teasp dried oregano dashes of hot pepper sauce
Stir into onion mixture....add 4 beaten eggs, stir in asparagus.
Pour into a 9" square pan. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Let stand 15 mins.
