4 slices of bacon, cut into 1" pieces
4-6 sweet bell peppers - diced
4-6 semi-hot peppers - diced
2-4 hot peppers (to taste) - diced
2 medium onions - diced
2-4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 medium tomatoes, peeled, diced
1 can pork n beans
Fry bacon in a large skillet, then set aside. In the drippings in
the skiller, stir fry the peppers until lt. browned. Add the onion
and the garlic and saute until onion is transparent. Add in the
tomatoe and cover and cook until reduced to sauce. About 5-10 mins.
Stir often, add in bacon and beans. Heat thru. You can add in
a pinch of salt, sugar and pepper. This is great with burgers and
hot dogs!
