2 cups plum tomatoes, peeled, diced
1 1/2 cups chopped onions 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots, slightly cooked
3/4 cups diced green bell peppers 1/4 cup snow peas
1 cup chopped cauliflower 1 cup chopped broccoli
1 1/2 cups sliced celery small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Combine all, put into a greased 9x13 pan.
Melt 4 Tablsp butter, add :
3 Tablsp small pearl instant tapioca 1 teasp salt 1/2 teasp black pepper
1 Tablsp sugar pinch of sweet basil
Pour over the top. Bake at 350, uncovered for 1/2 hour or until done.
