Jellied Applesauce
From: Betty of Leipsic
2 cups of applesauce 1 package of lemon* gelatin
Bring the applesauce to a boil – add in the gelatin powder and stir
until well dissolved. Allow to harden. Chill.
*Can use raspberry or strawberry gelatin – these flavors work well, too!
