Spray a cookie sheet with no stick spray. Cut peeled potatoes

into whatever shapes you desire. Place on cookie sheet and

spray with butter spray or butter flavored no stick spray. Bake in

a 400-425 oven. turn often so they don't burn. These won't

take long to bake !
