Cabbage and Noodles
From: Phyllis of N. Baltimore
Cook 6 oz. of noodles in  3 ½ cups of chicken broth – set aside.
3 Tablespoons oil             1 large onion, sliced thin         2 teaspoons garlic powder
½ red bell pepper, diced    1 pound of kielbasa sausage, sliced thin
Cook all together in a large skillet for several minutes….add in: 1 teaspoon sugar, cook for an additional 4 minutes, stirring well. Add in: 2 Tablespoons vinegar, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon caraway seeds and 1 pound cubed cabbage, 1” cubes.

Cook just until tender crisp, stirring well. Add in the noodles and juice. Put into a casserole dish, bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes. OR Put into a crockpot and cook on low for 2-4 hours or until heated through.
