Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes
6 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced ¼” thick         1 teasp salt
½ teasp black pepper                                        1 medium onion, sliced ¼” thick
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese                        ¼ cup chopped celery leaves
2 Tablsp butter or margarine, melted ¼ cup flour
13 oz. can evaporated milk
Coat inside of crockpot with non stick spray. Layer in the potato slices, salt, pepper, onion and cheese. In a food processor, combine the celery leaves, butter, flour and milk. Process until smooth…pour into the
crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until potatoes are tender and piping hot.
Serve immediately!
