1 pound fresh brussel sprouts, thinly sliced 1 Tablsp olive oil
2 Tablsp water 1/4 teasp celery salt 1/8 teasp white pepper
1/3 cup golden raisins 1 teasp white balsamic vinegar
In a large skillet, saute sprouts in oil until tender crisp. Add the
water, salt and pepper. Reduce heat, cover and cook 4-5 mins...
or until tender. Add the raisins and the vinegar. makes 4-5 servings.
