grate 3 peeled raw potatoes

add in 3/4 cup grated raw carrots and

1/2 grated raw onion.

stir in:

2 eggs,  1/4 cup flour, 1/2 teasp baking powder

and 1/2 teasp salt

blend well.  drop by 2 Tablspfulls into hot canola

oil.  Fry until golden and crisp.
