1 1/3 cups sifted flour 1 teasp salt
2 teasp baking powder 1 large egg
1/2 cup whole milke (or you can use 2%)
Sift together the flour, salt and powder.
Mix together egg and milk and add into the
dry ingredients...blend well. Drop by teasp
onto boiling broth. Cook uncovered for 5 mins,
then cover and cook 5 mins....DON't PEEK!
