Look for Garden Gourmet - in a squeeze tube in the
produce department. Our caller said this is a great option to
using fresh herbs....and this lasts for up to 6 months with great
flavor!
You can freeze cilantro:
Wash, dry flat, then freeze. Freeze whole or chopped, depending
on how you think you might use it later.
There is a dried cilantro product - you can use that too, but the
flavor would not be as good as fresh cilantro of course. It was
discussed as to how to figured out how much to use in leiu of
dried versus fresh.....
